Technical Issue

Dear Google:

 

There is a technical issue that i have learned from few peoples. The accounts are suspended and they are recieving email that " Your ads are Running". This is creating a problem for partners as well ACS. Please take necessary action.

This type of email, to my knowledge, is sent after a review is completed. It takes awhile before the account itself is unsuspended.

Moshe- Thats technical problem. We called customer care and they confirmed that account is suspended.

Moshe- Need your guidance, my client is eating my mind. Google says it suspended. Can we confirm by some means whether its suspended or gonna be un-suspended. I called adwords customer care and they disconnected the call with their general reply.

Thanks a ton Moshe. The client filled the same form and after 5 hours they received that email "Your ads are now Running". Shall i again fill the same form on client behalf?
