Technical Issue with AdWords Interface - Downloading Reports

Hi All,

 

We have been facing an issue while trying to download reports from the AdWords interface. I got in touch with a rep from the help center and they confirmed that the Google engineers are working on this. He couldn't give me a timeline for a resolution though.

Just thought I would post it here to keep everyone updated.

 

Temporary solutions:

Option 1. select & copy paste data into excel from the interface

Option 2. Use the API. The issue is only from the interface. API is working perfectly

Option 3. Download stats into AdWords Editor

Hi Cassie,

 

I'm having this old problem.

I have done all the usual things (cleared cache and cookies, closed and reopened browser, restarted computer, tried in incognito mode, tried in safari rather than chrome).

 

Can you help?
