Tech Support Adwords Campaign

I apologize for the cold outreach. I am wondering if you could help me out, as one of my clients would like to commence with a Google AdWords Campaign. They are a premium tech support provider, that has a strong focus on customer satisfaction, with headquarters in India and service delivery over the Internet to customers in the US, CA and UK. As I am sure you are aware, Google has suspended dubious tech support companies from India for non-compliance with Google’s terms of service for AdWords. However, I have noticed companies, like iYogi: www.iyogi.net, Ask PC Experts: www.askpcexperts, and GuruAid: www.guruaid.com, which are all based in India, having active Google Adwords campaigns, and my question to you is this: 1) Will Google allow my client to initiate a Google AdWords Campaign? 2) If so, what are the terms of service that they need to follow to ensure the campaign is not suspended for non-compliance? If you could let me know I would greatly appreciate it. I look forward to hearing from you…

Hello there;

This issue has been  discussed extensively over a long period of time. There are specific  terms in which Google would allow tech support websites;

Generally speaking, remote tech support is not allowed, though there are some exceptions.

Here is Google's official reply:

>>"We have longstanding policies against ads, websites, and businesses that appear to be generally deceptive or misleading to our users. The primary concern of this space is our user’s safety. Per the User Safety Policy, we do not allow businesses that we feel may pose a harm to our users.

We take many factors into consideration when assessing User Safety compliance. Our review is extensive and we cover a number of areas to ensure we are reaching an accurate conclusion. In many cases these issues are not fixable, as the fundamentals of the business itself is the primary concern. As always, you can contact support via email or submit a suspension appeal."
