Tachnical Issue

Hi Fellow Adworders,

 

I have a technical issue. Hopefully somebody could assist.

I cannot select any of my campaigns to make changes.

Only "all online campaigns is selected".

If I click any single campaign, the page just refreshes.

If I go to the keyword tab for example, I see keywords listed for all my campaigns and I cannot select to make alterations or view only one of them. I have been using adwords for about 2 years and have never experienced a problem like this before.

I tried various things to no avail. Eventually and reluctantly I installed Google Chrome which has now resovled the problem.

Welcome to the forum Smiley Happy

 

I hope you have the access to make changes to the account and its not read only access. Because the situation you are describing seems to be the access level limitation.

 

Otherwise, as such there are no issues if you have a standard access or above that.

 

Did you try clearing the cache and cookies of your browser?

 

Did you try using Google Chrome to login into adwords?

 

Did you try to access your account from some another computer or laptop?

Hi Pankaj,

 

I tried deleting all history, cookies etc. Did not make any difference.

I do not have Google Chrome installed on this PC and I do not like ot either.

I tried accessing the account from another PC and it works fine.

 

There is obviously something saved on this particular PC which is creating the problem. How would I clear the cache, or is that done while deleting all the history files?

 

Anything else I could try?

 

I will also now try re-booting to see if that clears the issue.

Hi Don,

 

As you said, it looks like some issue with your browser (may be a corrupt browser) or may be with your computer. Try using a different browser and see if you are able to use Adwords or not.
