Surveys on budgets

Hi,

 

Please, are  there any surveys somewhere on the net regarding budgets spent on search and/or display by agencies or advertisers (on average) for smb  companies according industries ?

I think this is more of a "how long is a piece of string" type question. Not all, not even the majority of SMBs advertise online. You're probably going to have to go to each industry representation body to get this data.

Google used to provide benchmark data in GA, but it was never how much they spent.

You can get SHARE of search by industry via the likes of emarketer.com research: http://www.emarketer.com/Article/Retail-Industry-Remains-Largest-Spender-US-Digital-Advertising/1010...

You can also root out various other sources like this:
http://www.clickz.com/clickz/news/2300271/q3-2013-us-paid-search-spend-continues-upward-trend-rkg-ig...

But I doubt there will be any data on specific SPEND per industry of SMB.
