I have 29 keywords, my ad's been approved but there are no fees in my Adword account. Status is Active. Keywords did require upping my bid. What am I missing?

If you're getting clicks you should be generating cost data.

I would go into the Keyword Tab within your Campaign. Look at the Status Column for any warning message from Google. If that all looks good hover over the speech icons in each keyword's status column for some additional insights into your keyword.

Often, if your keywords aren't triggering ads Google's system will let you know via one of these two methods. Below is an image of the status column and what I'm referring to as the speech bubble.
