How do I set up the start date for my display campaign?  I found how to set the end date, but it started yesterday and I don't want to be charged for it until May 1.

Hi,

Unfortunately you can't edit the start date once the campaign is live. If while setting up the campaign you had chosen a start date in the future and your campaign type was set to "All features" then you could have edited it. Without knowing your entire situation I would recommend just pausing the campaign and setting a reminder to activate it on May 1. More info on start and end dates here: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2404203?hl=en

Hope this helps, let me know if you have additional questions!

Hi.

How do I pause the campaign and set it to reactivate on May 1?

You folks are great, by the way.

Hi,

So here are the steps to pause (and activate) a campaign:
1. Login to your AdWords account
2. View "All campaigns" on the left navigation
3. Select the campaigns tab
4. Find the campaign you want to pause in the grid/table below
5. Click the green dot next to the campaign name and select "Paused"

To reactivate the campaign use the same steps but instead of selecting "Paused" in step 5 select "Enabled". Here is a helpful video that outlines the process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9MpuqQCkyek
