I came to know that Google Doesn't surcharge for Extensions like Call and Location; then what is the meaning in saying 'Phone Numbers are not allowed any more in Google Ads' and allowing Phone numbers through CALL EXTENSIONS when Google Doesn't Surcharge for Extensions like Call and Location?

"Also note that you may be charged for certain user interactions with ad extensions, such as submitting a form or viewing a video."

Can i take it for granted that by using Extensions, in some manner it is adding additional costs to me ...?
