I have two ads group. For examples

Ads Group                => Keywords

1.  Kids Shoe               =>  +kid +shoe

2.  Kids Shoe Small     =>   +kid +shoe +small

So for example if someone search for "buy online small kid shoe"  will only the ad from ad group 2 will be shown?

I do only want ads from ads group 2 to be shown.

Hi Chandu,

Though it should appear but the chances are not 100%.
As the ad which is most relevant and with higher bid will win the auction (internal).

To limit the ad from first adgroup you must use "small" as negative in your 1st adgroup.

Make sure you check you search volumes and use the ideal singular or plural
i.e. is 'kids shoes' better than 'kid shoe', most people are likely to look for 'shoes' than 'shoe' for instance (but check with keyword planner')

great you are using +broad that is great for finding new keywords
I'd be inclined to have both +kids +shoe and +kids +shoes +small in one ad group as they are very similar in keyword structure and also in intent as kids shoes are generally small - check if people are searching for 'kids shoes size 4' or 3 or 2 etc. then you can have +kids +shoes +size and get all of those too. also +girls +shoes and +boys +shoes etc.
then see what search queries are actually triggering your ads
once you know that take those keywords and make them [exact] or "phrase"
