Similar Keywords With Different First Page Bids

Hi,

Today I came across an instance on Google Adwords where I found that there were two similar keywords added in the same ad group as broad type & both (similar keywords) were having different first page bids.

How could that be possible to have different first page bids for the same keyword added in the same ad group as broad type??

Can someone please get back to me with the possible solution & explanation???

Your help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Patrik

Hi Partik K

Estimated First page bid and Estimated top of page position Bid s based on the keyword's Quality Score (expected clickthrough rate, ad relevance, and landing page experience) and current advertiser competition for that keyword, So It is possible that Adwords system estimate different bids on similar keywords in same ad group.

It is also happened that if you are using same keywords with different match type in same ad group, Adwords system apply different bids for top position. Your keywords would be always charge with what is keywords Quality. like wise "X Y Z" and [X Y Z] two keywords.
