Seller Rating not showing in our website

Hi, Kindly note that, We have integrated the Google Customer reviews in our website and have reviews in our merchant account. But the rating is not showing in the website. Let me know, why the rating is not shown in front end review badge? We have contacted the Google Review Support team and they recommended to contact your team. For our query they replied as below.

Hi Anjaly,

 

Thank you for contacting us. In order to be able to display seller ratings on your badge, your store will need to reach 150 unique reviews. Only unique reviews will count, in other words reviews with written content that isn't the same as any other, each from within the last 12 months. For example, if you had two reviews that simply read "Great!", they would only count as one for these purposes. Please note that displaying the badge is not a requirement to participate in the programme, so you can remove the badge code from your site temporarily and add it back after reaching 150 unique reviews, at which point your ratings will be displayed. While the Google Customer Reviews programme is a review source for Seller Ratings, Seller Ratings themselves are managed by AdWords. As such, if you have any questions regarding Seller Ratings specifically, please feel free to see the AdWords Help Centre, or reach out to the AdWords team directly. As for the timeframe for when the survey is sent to the customer, this will be determined by the estimated delivery date you've provided in your survey opt-in module code. Even if your store delivers items on the same day, we would advise that you set the estimated delivery date to at least one full day after the purchase is made. Thank you for getting back to us. I understood the badge will shows the review rating if it have enough reviews to display. In our client website have lots of reviews in the past year and it was working fine in the earlier days. But it stopped working from the time we upgraded the google review module. It was a magento website and the module from Wyomind [https://www.wyomind.com/google-customer-reviews-magento.html]. Due to some reasons we have upgraded the customer review module and installed the new one. And it is configured with the old merchant account which have lots of reviews in the past years. Let me know why it is not shown the review badge. Is there anything need to do from our end? Please advice.....

Thanks for your reply and providing us with your ID. Checking your store's website, we can see that the badge is being displayed properly. We can also see that survey data is successfully being received to your account, so the code appears to be integrated to your site correctly. As for displaying your seller rating on your badge, as mentioned earlier there is a 150 unique review requirement in order for you to be able to show seller ratings on Google products. Until your store meets this requirement, your rating will unfortunately not appear on your badge. Please note that Seller Ratings themselves are managed by the AdWords, so we're unable to answer any specific questions in regards to this, however, please feel free to review the AdWords Help Centre for more information on seller ratings. that sounds correct -- 150 unique reviews are simply required --
before google-customer-reviews seller-ratings will show on a site.

this is mainly a peer-to-peer community and
forum-members cannot look into any accounts.
