Search Network with Display Select - How to add targeted placements?

Hi, I am running a Display ad campaign and i have several ad groups. I need to ad a targeted site to one of my ad groups, how do i do this without stopping the campaign? Thanks

Welcome to the AdWords Forum Smiley Happy

You can add the managed placements in the same way of adding Manged placements in normal Display Campaigns.

Go to Dsiplay tab>Click on the targeting> Choose the ad group and Select placements. Then you can add the managed placements.

Search with Display select does not allow to set separate bid on display networks, as it consider automatic Bidding. Thus i would suggest for better campaigns optimization, bidding and budget strategy, create separate display network campaigns.
