Revoke access of former admin

An employee started our AdWords account using a personal account. She has now left the company.  I have admin rights but I am unable to terminate her access. How do I do this? There isn't an option to terminate in the drop-down choices under Actions

Hi BI W,

Sorry to hear you're having issues. If you're an administrator, you should probably be able to terminate another email, so I don't know why you don't have the option.

I'm going to escalate your information to one of our specialists so they can take a look at your specific account and give you further instructions. They'll be in touch via email.
