I manage more than one website. For the purposes of remarketing, can I use the same tracking code on all sites or do I need to create a separate tracking code for each website? Thank you Smiley Happy

Hi Mart,

Welcome to AdWords Community.

Ideally, you should have different tracking code for every website.

Thanks

Additionally, I found a similar thread that talks about the possibility having same code across multiple domains. It will be helpful to you - check this out.

Hi Mart,

If all your websites cater to the same line of products and service and you wish to target any visitors that visited any of your websites, then you can use the same Remarketing code across the different websites.

But, if you wish to target the visitors of each website using a unique strategy, I would recommend that you use a different code on each website, so that you can create a unique set of visitors for each website and target them. This will definitely be an easier way of implementing your Remarketing Strategy and the implementation process should also be more flexible when using this approach.

Hope this Helps!

Cheers!
