Remarketing List Eligibility
I'm building an audience in analytics with a goal of eventually launching a display only remarketing campaign. I'm planning on running some search ads to bring in traffic and build my lists, but I haven't run any ads yet. In my audiences I have the following metrics.
Display audience size:840
Search audience size:300
Where are these numbers coming from?

Google Search network is a minimum of 1000 users.
Display is a minimum of 100 users.
The numbers are coming from people who are already in your list. This don't necessarily have to be AdWords visitors. They can be any users who visit your site depending on the remarketing tag that you used.
