Hello Rishi A,
Remarketing in search network and remarketing in display network both are different.
Remarketing lists for search ads helps you connect with these potential customers when they continue looking for what they need on Google Search. You can set your bids, create ads, or select keywords keeping in mind that these customers have previously visited your website.you can customize your search ads campaign for people who have previously visited your site, and tailor your bids and ads to these visitors when they're searching on Google.
With in Display Remarketing, you can reach customers who have shown an interest in your product or service by visiting your site, and show them relevant ads across the Google Display Network.

Hello there;

A few points to underline;

The new targeting method is called "remarketing list for Search Ads" (RLSA)

This remarketing method uses already excited lists on the display network . It is NOT based on the user's past search history; That's a big difference; the latter has privacy implications. Hence, the name is not "search remarketing"

Hi Suman,
I have one question over hear, how the google will track the user trough the keywords who already visited on our website, Does we have to put the re marketing code on every page or not? The same step which we implement in the display networks in the re marketing.

Hi Suman,
If i place the re- marketing code on every page it does n't make the harm full impact on my budget. Q(2) If i am already doing the re-marketing for display banner then how we can differentiate this re-marketing concepts in display and search?

Hello Rishi,
If you already uploaded remarketing tag in your website for display campaign. You don't need to upload another code.

Are you running a campaign in search network or display network. You can check your list size(Google Search) from Shared Library(Audience overview) tab.Once it will more then 1000 your re-marketing in search network will be active. You can check from audiance tab.
