Reclaim AdWords from Agency to Inhouse
Hello! Our agency set up an account specifically for us using a discrete google account and was managing the account - using our credit card for billing. We have the password, but can't access the account because it's now asking for browser verification and we're not working with the agency anymore. We tried verifiying, but it still won't let us in. Any ideas how we can reclaim our account?

Closest to your particular situation, "access issues" are defined as follows: If someone who used to run your AdWords account has left the company, and you can't access your AdWords account, you are advised to complete the form linked-to below:

Please do not forget to make sure you try to find your AdWords customer ID and any relevant information you still can provide towards the AdWords Team.
