Google is curious.

 

It approves campaigns and make keywords eligible.

 

Then they suspend the account.

 

Now they sent me a message that my account violated their term of services and sent me a link to it.

 

But they say that:

learn how you can request a refund for the remaining balance. Please note

to the same suspension.

- For privacy reasons, AdWords Support is unable to provide any additional
information regarding this account.

I was given $100 for ads as a promotional code.

 

Since my account has been suspended and I can't open another one, 

 

Have I lost those $100?

Hi earntoday777,

 

The coupons are issued to be used with Adwords, and if the account isn't compliant with the terms & conditions the coupon can't be exchanged for money.  Unfortunately, if you cancel your account, you can't redeem the $100 dollars as money. As it said in the email you were sent, any other accounts you open will be subject to the same suspension.

 

Please note that if you delete an ad or campaign it is still associated with the account, even if it is no longer showing. You can take a more in-depth look at our advertising policies in this Help Centre article:

Hello earntoday777,

 

I wanted to provide a little more context to the issue you ran into. First and foremost, the previous comment is correct - you will not be able to utilize those $100 in any other way except to advertise for this account. As the account has been suspended, you will not be able to use it. 


I did want to note that we are always happy to look further into account suspensions if you feel the suspension was not warrented. To get in contact with AdWords Support simply select 'contact AdWords' in the upper-right hand corner and ensure that you are logged in as the same account as the account in question. You can contact support to see if it is possible to unsuspend the account.
