Archit, I did that but it won't let me save and continue. What am I doing wrong? Notice the Save and Continue button isn't active.

Hope you want to directly add the keywords suggested by the keyword planner tool to your Adwords account.

 

 

Add the keywords to an existing ad group using save to account tab.save to account.JPG

 

Now you can save the plan to any of your existing ad group.

Note: Make sure you are not adding it to a removed ad group. 

 

 

 Edit: Have to tried clearing cookies and caches and signing in again.

Or try using another browser.
