Hi Cathy,
If you don't want to run AdWords Ads on Sundays, then I suggest you use Ad Scheduling. Using Ad Scheduling, you can automatically stop your AdWords Ads from appearing on Sundays, and then they'll start up again Monday morning. Ad Scheduling is set at the Campaign level, found under the Settings tab.
