Privacy Statement on site? H1 Page title? impact on Quality Score

Will having a privacy statement on my site improve my quality score?

I watched a Youtube video that said it would increase my Quality Score if I placed a privacy statement on my site. and a link at the bottom of every page.

I'm marketing my business consulting services.  I'm not collecting information on my site.  I do have my phone number and email address.  My marketing area is a 20mile radius.  that's the simplicity of my business.  Hopefully, Adwords will help me!

Also, will adding an H1 title in my html code (header) increase my quality score?

@bobbym880;

Privacy Policy  is an AdWords  Policy  issue / requirement, not an account / campaign  performance issue. Hence, no effect on QS,

That said,  a well navigated web site, with a good user experience, has  a small component within  the QS "formula" calculation.  (The major component  is CTR- focus on that - but I'll skip it in this discussion). And as part of a good site navigation   design (and practice), I recommend to link a Privacy Policy. Though, in your case (no personal data collected) - this is not a requirement.

Ya. QS is analogous to in page SEO. The H1 will help your QS by highlighting the page's theme when it comes to relating it with your ad. As for Privacy Statement, if can improve the customer confidence, assisting with conversions, in general, but not directly linked to QS. That's what the other expert is saying.

SEO and AdWords are two separate systems unrelated. Finding analogies between the two could be misleading.
