One of your other ads is already showing for this keyword ... I don't have another ad!

So what does the message, "One of your other ads is already showing for this keyword," mean. I don't have another ad. I went through each of my keywords that say they are triggering ads and I got this message. So the ad isn't showing at all? Help!

Hi @Heather S,

When a search term keyed in by a user matches multiple keywords listed in your account, the system will select only one of them to participate in the actual auction(s) for impression(s). The AdWords system uses a set of preferences to determine which of your keywords to use. The rest of your keywords will receive the referenced message. (Perhaps the wording of the message may not be quite clear for everyone.)
