Not sure what to do next

I have my ad status displays approved and it has a green icon but when I hover over the help bubble I get the following message. Where do I enable it ??? Every place I looked it is enabled...

 

NO -> This campaign is not currently enabled.

 

Reason - This campaign is not currently enabled.

Hi technosage,

 

Can you please check that the campaign is enabled as well as the ads and keywords?

 

Click the 'Campaigns' tab to view your campaign(s) in a table. To the left of the campaign name, please ensure that the green circle is displaying and not a 'paused' icon. Even if your ads, keywords and adgroups are active within the campaign, you'll need to activate the campaign itself in order for the associated ads to begin triggering. 

 

As previously mentioned in this discussion, can you please ensure that your payment details are also up-to-date in the 'Billing' tab.

 

However, if you are still encountering this issue, please reply to this discussion and I'll be happy to look into your account.

When I see this kind of problem I normally start in the billing tab. Have you got a valid form of payment set up?

 

If everything looks enabled, billing is normally the culprit.

Hello, I'm having the same problem as technosage, I have double checked my billing and campaign status and everything I can think of but it still says that the ads aren't running because "The campaign is not currently enabled." Any ideas as to what is wrong?
