Why do I get 90% clicks from 1 state and almost zero from Texas? I have Arizona, NM, & Tex selected.

Any thoughts?

What are your settings? "People in my target location" or people People in, searching for, or viewing pages about your targeted location?

Do you have any negative keywords that might be blocking the display of your ads?
How are you checking that you got no impressions from Texas?

Are you certain that there's demand in Texas for your search term?

What happens when you use the ad preview tool?

Hi Melanie
You need to look at few things here:

1. Go to the keywords section and check if your ads are showing in the first place, you can check this by hovering the cursor over the rectangular box in the status column
2. Check the keywords for Texas and ensure they have enough searches
3. Check negative keywords list (if applied) to ensure you don't block the ads
4. Check the areas targeted

Hope this helps
