Hi,

Im in an Adgroup and I click Edit>Download spreadsheet.

I make changes (deleting all rows with phrase match keywords), save it,

hit Edit>Upload spreadsheet and there are no changes either previewing

or applying. Please help.

Good morning.

If you are trying to remove Phrase match keywords from your campaign, this is not the way to do this.

Instead of deleting the rows in the spreadsheet, you need to change the status of each keyword to "Removed" in order to delete it from the campaign.

(Also, it might be faster and simpler just to filter the keyword view for all Phrase match keywords and delete them right in the Editor interface.)

That worked for getting rid of phrase matches, but what I want to do is replace state keywords with state abbreviation keywords without losing the keyword urls I have in place. I tried this and I get "0 changes". Am I doing something wrong?

I took a look at bulk ops>bulk uploads and it gave me reasons for error and how to fix - delete the keyword Id column.
