Hi, my negative bid adjustments on mobile keep reverting back to previous settings? Why would this happen as I have checked that we dont have any rules in place.

When does the change take place?  Are you able to make a change then, say, tomorrow it's changed back, or are you unable to make a change at all?


Have you checked for Scripts at both the Account and (if applicable) MCC level?

Hi Sarah,

Jon has some great advice here. I would just like to ask, are you sharing the load of working on this account or campaign  ( as in are you working with a team) and if you are using the interface as well as the AdWords editor to make changes.

If there are people apart from you who are working on the account then it is a possibility that they could not be aware of the changes that you had made and when making say bulk changes through the editor they did not follow the practice of downloading latest changes to the account and then went on to make their own changes and upload the account or campaign.

The scenario that you are describing is only possible if someone besides you is somehow reverting your changes. Apart from the editor scenario, the only other scenario that I can think of is where someone goes to the 'Change History' tab to revert your changes.

But in my experience, it is always the editor issue that is culprit in such situations.
