Need help, totally confused,

Anyone Please help me how to run the Ads continuosly and in the first page. And my ads need to be running continously.

Hi there - with AdWords, ads don't run continuously. They are being shown when they are being triggered by one of your keywords. On top of that, you should be willing to pay enough per click, and your campaigns and landing pages should be of high enough quality.

Instead of getting as much traffic out of AdWords, also think about what you want to achieve i the end with your campaign (leads, sales, downloads). That's what you should aim for.
