I did a search for employment for mold design & my business add for mold design shows up at the first position. Can I control this? I am paying per click. Any click at this web page has zero value.

I take it that you don't want to show ads for anyone seeking employment or looking for a job in the industry? If so you could use negative keywords like jobs and employment to prevent your as from showing for those terms. The keyword tool can be great for finding negative keywords for your campaigns as well. Also, check your search terms report regularly to add relevant KW's and exclude irrelevant ones.
