My mobile no is not appearing in the ad

In my adwords express ad, my mobile no is not appearing. Whereas in preview section it appears. Why so? 

How to add it back there. Earlier it was appearing there

Hey Piping,

 

The call reporting feature is enabled at the ad level and not at the business level. If you have recently created a new ad, you have enable the call reporting again for new ads.

 

Also, if search phrases are with low search volume, your number might not appear.

Hi @Piping E

I request please share complete detail of your ads, means for which keywords, location, language and for which device, you are looking preview of your ads.

If is it possible share snapshots of your ads. then it is more easy for all community members to answer right reasons and solution of your problem.

 

As solution I suggest you please check one time more adpreview with out login. Just go on https://adwords.google.com/d/AdPreview/ & setup all things then check your phone is shows or not.

 

As you say that you want to add mobile no in your ads, then I tell it's simple you go in Google my business account and edit your location, first check mobile no is already exist or not, If have not then add new no and verify it.
