this is a rather old thread.
if a review status remains for more than three business-days
or so, then the best likely course would be to simply contact
a support-specialist at google directly.
to correct a review status, a change to the data being submitted, images,
account, website, or checkout-flow, or some combination of these, may
be required and all submitted data resubmitted after the changes.
otherwise, a review status that does not change usually indicates critical
or repeated policy violations related to the data being submitted, account,
website, multiple sites, supply-chains, business-practices, business-models,
or the way product inventory was being advertised or how a business or
product was being represented to the public; in such cases, if nothing can be
done to change the outcome, then google will typically not offer any follow-up
details or information related to the disapproval, suspension, or review status
and the status will remain, permanently.
