My adwords advert has vanished?

Hi, this is all very new to me. Started my first campaign through Adwords express 3 days ago. All working fine. Suddenly today my Adwords isn't appearing on google search. My bank details are fine....Anyone help please?

Hey Paul,

Can you check the status of your ads? It's approved, eligible or Disapprove. If it's approved or eligible then please check your Quality score if your Qs + bid is not high enough adwords won;t shows in first page rankings.

Hi Paul,

In addition to Kandarp response, did you by chance checked this support page of AdWords Express "My Ad doesn't show up in search results" multiple reasons can be as stated in the article:

Also I would advice you to check your ad using "Ad Preview Tool" and avoid searching it on online manually.

This could be happening due to a variety of reasons:


1. What time of the day did you check for your ads showing up on Google Search? - it could be possible that you're daily budget ran out

2. What keyword did you search for? - It might be getting blocked by a negative keyword or might not be in your keyword list

3. Were you checking from a mobile device? - you might have set it not to run on mobile devices by keeping -100% bidding on mobiles


It'd help if you posted some more details on the above.
