My account under review

I have paid my outstanding balance and ad new ads but my ads still offline when I contacted support they reply me that my account under review why that happend and is there any way to accelerate this process as I am in hurry

There are a couple different reasons that your account could be under review, but in general account review is very normal especially for new accounts. This is because we want to ensure your account security, billing information, etc. Additionally, ads, accounts, and landing pages can be subject to review at any time - again, that is to ensure the protection and security of our advertiser's accounts.

 

Account reviews generally take 1-3 business days, however sometimes they can take a little bit longer. If your account is under review for longer than that time-frame, I would encourage you to get in touch with our support team by calling, chatting, or emailing in to have us take a look at your specific account and bring it to the attention of our review team for status updates.

May be some issue with your ad copy.If your ad copy is not following the policy of google advertising.So go to google ads policy and revamp your ad copy again. You will got live your ads with a hr.

Hi Ahmed,

 

I think that your account got deactivated probably due to payment issues & reactivation takes some time, usually 1-3 days.

In such case the max you can do is to place a  request with Google for expediting the process & wait.

I emailed them but they respond with auto reply :

"Dear Advertiser,

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with your AdWords account. It appears that you have some questions about why your ads aren't showing. We checked your account and found that it's currently under review by our specialists. In an effort to provide the best experience for our users and advertisers, some accounts are submitted for review to ensure that they comply with our policies. Your ads won't show during this time, but they'll automatically be eligible to show again as soon as our review is complete.

Thank you for your patience and we apologise for the disruption to your ad delivery.

I tried to know when review will be finished as it is now more than 3 working days

Today is still saturday morning should I wait Saturday and Sunday its too lateis there any other way

Hi Ahmed,

 

I don't know if the support staff works weekends.  But I'd suggest calling and giving it a try.  It can't hurt -- the worst that will happen is a recorded message saying "call back Monday".

My account still under review I lost one of my very important clients and the other I persude him to shift the budget to other cpm service mainly facebook and thanks to allah that it get better ROI that adword get so this is my plan in the future any new client to me I will show him the case that adword may be without any reason pause your account and when you contact them you will get only auto reply even in business days instead you can get with the same budget better ROI with other cpm networks
