My Ad Isn't Running, Made Payment!

Hi i created an account around 6 hours ago but my ad still isn't running.

 

I know it can sometimes take but I made a pre-payment of $25 so there is already money in the account and is showing in the billing section so the money has been taken.

My ad is also Approved.

The only message i get is when i go on to the ad preview tool and it says:
"Your ad isn't showing for this keyword right now. There are a number of reasons why this happens."

 

any help?

Hi Mark,

Welcome to the Community!

Google reviews accounts periodically to ensure their policies are met and during this time ads may not run. It is possible that your account is under review, as you've created it very recently. I'd suggest contacting support to know when this would be completed for ads to run. Support info here.

Hi Mark,

 

If you are saying your ads is approved and it is not showing the ads then put the cursor on bubble speech button of corresponding keywords, It will show you the possible reasons, why your ads are not running, It may be low ad rank etc.

My QS is 8/10
over keyword it says "The keyword phrase doesn't currently trigger any of your ads"
over the ad itself it doesnt say anything.

Hi Mark, 

 

If everything else is fine, I would advise you to run Keyword Diagnosis report to get the insights. Here's how you go about it -

 

  1. Click the Campaigns tab.
  2. Click the Keywords tab.
  3. Click the "Details" drop-down menu.
  4. Select Diagnose keywords.

It should help you get to the root cause. Alternatively, you may changing bid to a bit.
