Hi I tried to create new MCC account through:

http://www.google.com/adwords/myclientcenter/

but it seems it created normal adwords account instead. What can I do to update my account to MCC account?

I don't think there is some option to upgrade the account level. As per the help center article, instructions are clear that you need to choose a new username and password which you haven't used before with Adwords.

I used the email address that I also use as a Google Certification Program account. So I need to use that email address in MCC account as well so that I can link that MCC to my company account. That's why now I need to UPGRADE that normal adwords account to MCC account, instead of creating the new one.
