Location Targeting Issues

Hello Community,

I have a predicament with my keywords not showing due to 'location targeting'.

In the preview tool, I have the location set to the area my keyword is targeting & the location is in the search term however, when I try to search it in the preview tool the red bar across the top says: "Your ads are set to show only to users in the locations you've chosen" even though that is the location I have it set to.

How can I fix this so my keyword will show?

Thank you!

Sometimes you can do everything right, and the preview tool will still lie to you. Smiley Happy

First of all, are you accruing any impressions for the term you are previewing?

If so, then an ad is showing, sometimes, under some circumstances for that term. If not, then the ad preview tool alone isn't enough to diagnose what the issue may be.

@MosheTLV,

I have the advanced location options set to 'People searching for, or who show interest in my targeted location' could that be part of the issue? Should I switch it to 'People in, searching for, or who show interest in my targeted location'

I also went to the locations tab and selected '+ location' then targeted my desired area.

Thank you

This should  be fine.

Could it be that the area you are targeting is too narrow?

The reach is 67,000. Would you say that is too narrow?
