The 2 keywords I am choosing are 1. amazon, 2. ebay

Will this be allowed ? Is it a TM violation ?

You can use them in your keywords as well as display url of your ads.

But in the adcopies and on the landing page TM terms are allowed under some cases. For this your need to get authorised to use them.

Go through the Policy link for using the TM terms
