Hi Bobby,

Welcome to the community.

Keyword selection is one of the crucial factor in determining the success of your AdWords account. To drive volume keyword research, you can use keyword planner from Google. In order to get precise keyword research, please keep certain things in mind.

1) Think from the customers' view point
2) If you are budget limited, do not go for broader keywords
3) Use landing page and ad copy to find right set of keywords
4) Do not overlook the importance of landing page and ad copy in keyword selection
5) Try to create a tight group of 8-10 precise keywords to get maximum from your budget
6) Do not experiment too much with keyword types
7) Be precise with keyword types, and last but not least,
8) Keep your objective always in front of you.

I hope this helps.

Hi

Kapil has added a great answer here. And yes as a marketer best option when you choosing right keywords is thinking from customers view point.

Term Property Management quit broad. So I can't give you some sample keywords but think if you were looking for some thing related to this industry what kind of things you will be searching in Google ( Assuming you will be using search network campaign). And then get a traffic estimate for those keywords using keyword planner.
