Keyword Planner problem

I've been having exactly the same problems. I've created an Adword account but it wants me to create a campaign and will not allow me into the planner until I pay. Obviously this is a way for Google to stop using the planner without paying., I;ll find another way as I have no intention of either paying for a campaign or spending any more time on this . VEry clever Google

You can use keyword planner before submitting billing info, I've just created new account and used keyword planner.

Hi Adrienne,

You can actually use the Keyword Planner without having to enter billing information nor a campaign.

After you sign up for AdWords, it's usually natural to create your first campaign, don't you agree? Smiley Happy However, you can easily skip the campaign creation process and go straight to Tools -> Keyword Planner as in the screenshot.
