If my Adwords ads have way too lower CTR than normal, then will I get banned?

Hi Electroneez,

No, your CTR regardless of how poor it is will not get you "banned" as you put it.  Suspensions are based on policy violations, not performance.

You can read more about AdWords policy here:  https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6008942?hl=en

And, also here are some tips on improving your performance:  https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2375444?hl=en

Hope this helps!

Does one get banned due to publishing Adwords ads not relevant to the keywords?

Hi,

I see the other question by you. Looks like you are trying to find the reason of getting banned. Can you please share product/services you are advertising? We need some information to give some better insights.

Thanks
Neha

My product is "ebook". My keywords are the names of the shopping sites. Maximum bid is 2-3 cents. Are the above fine?
