I want to know one things here "If we use three match types under one groups simultaneously so that is OK from AdWords polices and Is it Good to do that action?"

Let's suppose if we are using;

+how +to +order +pizza

"how to order pizza"

[how to order pizza]

If we use above three match types in an ad group so that is fine and how Google will choose the best one keyword?

Thanks!

This is fine. No  Policy issue.

Hi Siraj,

Using a single keyword in different match type would do fine till they all have same max bid. But when any of the three match types has a higher max bid, since the QS of the three is same, the match type with higher ad rank will win.

Hope this helps!

This is the common strategy most advertisers follow. The keyword with the most restrictive match type, or the highest ad rank  would be  one which would  trigger the ad  (if won the auction). Hence bid  highest on  the exact match and the lowest on broad match.

Like @MosheTLV said, there is nothing wrong with this approach, and many do it. However, as time goes on don't be afraid to alter your account structure so that it makes sense to you, and accomplishes your specific advertising goal. When it comes to your AdWords account structure - Don't worry so much about about policies, or "if it's OK" to do something. You really can't do "wrong" in terms of approvals or policy when it comes to your account structure. Smiley Happy
