Hi Malai,

Google use a number of techniques for preventing click fraud in your account. If there was too much click fraud, AdWords wouldn't work as advertisers wouldn't get any return on their investment so it's in Google's best interest to protect the system vigorously.

You can read up on how Google deal with invalid clicks here. Remember, they won't list everything they do as this would give the dodgy clickers more info to try and bypass their protection, but in my opinion, they do a great job of preventing these types of clicks.

Hello,

Just a small addition to what Adam said above, I would like you to read this specific Ad Traffic Quality Resource Center, which will help you understand how safe and secure the Adwords advertising system is.

Still, if ever if think that there has been some invalid click activity, Google does credit back the amount in advertiser's account. You can follow the invalid click troubleshooter as well: https://support.google.com/adwords/troubleshooter/2557048?rd=1
