Inconsistent data manager account - client account

Hi all,

 

We are managing different accounts on our Adwords Manager Account, and the data that appears for one of them is different on the Manager account than in the account itself. Which could be the reason?

Hi @María R,

 

Without knowing exactly what you're looking at, it can be tough to tell.  I've previously noticed some slight discrepancies between manager account reports and actual account reports, but that is very uncommon and usually only when reviewing up to the minute data.  

 

Double check that your date ranges match when comparing the two views.

 

If you have any specifics you can share, that may help the troubleshooting process.

Hi Tommy,

 

Thanks for your answer, the data range is the same, but the total is different, for example for June, the number of clicks in the management account for this client is 319 but on the account itself is 278.

 

Is there any contact that I can use to check this issue?

I have never found any such discrepancy until you include today's data.

For same day stats it may be due to data freshness.

 

You can use settings cog from the UI and access the Help tab.
