I've been charged but nothing has happened for days. Whats wrong?

I hought I paid when I signed up but nothing has happened. The campaign says its enabled (under the video campaign tab) but its not listed in the online campaign tab. I made a budget of $10 because I just wanted to do this on a trial run. When I went to billing it said I had to pay a minimum of $20. I don't know whats going on or if I'm being crooked or not. If I lose $30 on this then count me out. Make it work please.

Hi garrettbass,

 

Google payment options are divided into two types: postpay and prepay. I assume you are on the prepay billing option. Did you pay with your credit card or did you choose a bank transfer? As your question was posted yesterday, could you please check your billing tab and see if the funds are there. If not, I'm happy to connect you with our AdWords support who can have a look into your account ans give you more details.
