I need to pause my clients old account without access

Hi Google.

I have a client who was running his own account and cannot find his old logins. This is on automatic payments and continues to cost a lot of money. I need to pause this urgently as we are running a new campaign for him.

Hello and welcome,

I would suggest you to ask your client to first follow this troubleshooter so that Google can verify and take the respective action on behalf of your client:

https://support.google.com/accounts/bin/static.py?hl=en&ts=2402620&page=ts.cs

Also note that 2 active accounts for the same business at the sametime is not allowed. So the option is to first cancel the old account and then create a new account in order to be incompliance with the Double Serving Policy:

https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/2600168?hl=en#

Hope that helps!
