Hello guys. I set a 5.00 limit for my Adwords preroll campaign. However, I got charged 322.00 for the May23- to Jun 23 cycle.  Any idea why this might be??

Thanks!

Hi Hector,

Along with what Archit has suggested, look at the Billings & payments dashboard and see if you were actually changed that amount. The campaigns tab that you screenshot will show overdelivery, which Google will actually credit back to your account. We see this happen from time to time with client accounts, more with video campaigns than others, and the amount shows for the campaign but we are not charged (credit is applied).

Kind Regards,

James

Hi @Hector C,

Cross check the change history if the budget of the campaign was modified on any day in this time period.
