I don't get impressions anymore

Hi everyone!

I can't firgure out why I don't have any impressions... My campaign had impressions a few weeks ago, but not anymore. My bid seems right (I used to pay between $10 and $20 a click, and I'm bidding $50... Yes, my niche is very expensive). My keywords are still eligible and my quality score was between 5/10 and 8/10... One thing: Google is saying that my landing pages are not mobile friendly (and 100% of my last clicks were on mobile)... But, I have another campaign (with a non mobile friendly page too) and it still working very well...  It beats me :/ .

Your help would be much appreciated!

Got it! My landing page was suspended because we did not comply with Google "Financial Services" Advertising Policies. We now need to make some corrections and ask for a review. With that the problem should be solved.

Hi @Marie-Pier P

-Have you tried Ad preview tool ? Is it showing your ad their ?

-Make sure that any negative keyword is not stopping the add to trigger (Try hovering your mouse over the status column to check)

- CHeck all targeting (location, ads, device)

Let me know what do you see in above points and can guide you further

You can also adjust the mobile bids for that campaign to -100% if you don't want mobile traffic. Check your Auctions Insights report for Impression Share and see if you are losing any to competitors. - https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2579754?hl=en

Hey Great to read a awesome and confusing question .

1. I recommend you should work on user experience for your landing page . Its very important is you really want a Return on Investment for your campaign.

Remember in the real market world we treat customers very well even when they pay a visit to our office or shops . It is also applicable here too , your website is also like your office or shop online .

Make Prospective customers feel more comfortable with your website both mobile and desktop .

This will help you improve quality score to has high as 8/10 to 10/10  , which will reflect in the actual cost per click (CPC) .

And for the impression part be sure you have not paused your Ads and has @Taranjeet s said check if your Ads are showing using the Ads preview tool.

To me looks like something is fishing . You can shed more light so more support can be rendered . Cheers ! @Marie-Pier P

The policy details column in the ads tab is another useful diagnostic tool. It's not enabled by default, but an issue like this should clearly be displayed at the ad level - Either in the status, or policy details columns.
