I can't open account in AdWords without publishing my first ad

Hi,

I'm trying to open an AdWords Account, but the software asks me to determine how much money I want to spend every day, the text of my ad, etc. The thing is I do not want to publish an ad, for the moment I just want to open the account.

How can I do it?

Thanks a lot,

Hi

You can go to adwords.google.com and open an account. once you done creating the account it will ask to enter the billing details. If you are not ready to go live at the moment you can skip it. However all the functions might not work without a live account.

Also do not want to go live with the advert just yet. How do I skip entering the billing details and move onto using the tools for research?
