I can't access our existing account.

I can´t access our account of

They gave me a tempory mail adress, which leads me only to the blanc page of starting a campain. But we do have 3 products contracted already, which I can't access.

Please help!

You selected the wrong option when you clicked on the link in the invitation email and ended up creating a new account instead of joining the existing account. You'll need to remove your email address from the account before you can attach it to a different account. I posted here yesterday (and many other times) the steps to do this.

When you click on the link in the invitation email, select "I already have an account" on the web page that comes up before you continue. That will add you to the intended account.
