Hi @Dave H,

This typically happens if your computer or web browser visited AdWords Express and has cookies or cache info stored.

Let's try logging out of your Google account and clearing your browser cache (Google Chrome: click Ctrl+H). Then, visit Google AdWords at this link: https://www.google.com/adwords/ and then logging in with your Google account. What happens now?

If you are still directed to AdWords Express (and have/had an AdWords Express account), open it and in the upper right corner of the screen, there is a drop-down menu link that says "Go to AdWords." Do this step (if my first suggestion does not work).

The last resort would be to contact AdWords Support, and have them look into the issue and help you remove AdWords Express and set up an account with AdWords.

Please let us know what happens.

Kind Regards,

James

This happens to me frequently with clients' accounts.  I use the "three dots" in the left corner to switch over to regular Adwords.  If it becomes a problem (can't correct it with clearing cookies), then we contact Google to fix the issue on the backend.
