Thanks

Hi Jay V and welcome to the community.

To do this you want to be using managed placements on the display network.

Once you have created a display campaign you can choose to target your ad group by placements.

Then you need to find the site you want.

You can add keywords if you want to refine where on this site your ads appear or just go for the placement itself.

Hopefully this helps you out but if you have any other questions please just ask. We're more than happy to help.

In addition to Adam's great tutorial I would say that you have to create a banner of appropriate size , background colour , and prepare alternative static image ads if the website does not accept Flash animations.

Text ads that you usually use in search network campaigns are not present on this website.

From what I see , that website has 2 horizontal banners 728 x 90 leaderboard and 1 vertical banner "160 x 600 wide skyscraper".

You would also have to bid more than what the competitors is already bidding since there already at least 3 websites advertising there. With a low bid, you will get a low share of impressions.

You can use the Display Ad builder to build 6 sizes of banners at the same time, and they will take up to 3 days to get approved ( usually faster).
